We are looking for an summer internship for Yassir GO.

About Role :

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Answer emails received in French in a clear and structured manner.
  • Understand the customer's request and give a clear answer.
  • Inform the manager if a customer has been waiting for a response for a long time.
  • Identify recurring problems and report them to the manager.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Customer Service Agent
  • Young graduate looking for an internship.
  • Excellent level of French and English is mandatory.
  • Good communication with customers, politeness and good resistance to stress.
  • A first experience in a call center.
  • Ability to analyze and understand.
