Développeur COBOL

ADP a world leader and specialist in payroll services and outsourced management of HR processes, is looking for COBOL developer engineers, and you propose to integrate a Customer Service team to take advantage of your payroll / declarative skills.

• You will be responsible for producing monthly payrolls in compliance with the social legislation of one or more accounts, or a perimeter of a large account.
• You will need to ensure the quality of our services and control in the respect of the Customer / ADP processes defined contractually. Your main missions will be: Develop GXP interfaces, programs and screens using the Cobol language Plan development packages by estimating expenses and committing to delivery dates.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the GXP application by coordinating internal technical interventions.
• Assist the Payroll and Web GXP Client Engineers in payroll production and web development.
• Organize or participate in the evolutions plans of the whole GXP park, in coherence with the planned objectives.
• Implement the settings and the assistance services.
• Valuing evolution requests with quotes.

Profile :

• Training Bac+5 minimum in computer science type engineering school or equivalent.

Technical Skills :

• Algorithms and standards of development
• Mastery of Cobol development language
• Knowledge of the CICS environment
• Knowledge of JCL under MVS Mastery of different interfaces (5DICv, Quids, etats ..)
• Concepts of Agile Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge of Java / J2EE
• Basic knowledge of Javascript
• Basic knowledge of Eclipse IDE
• Relationship and personal skills required
