Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. AMARIS Tunisia is looking for a talented Scrum Master to join our company.
He Will Have The Following Responsibilities :
The Scrum Master will support the team by assisting and coaching it in order it delivers better and more often added value to its users and stakeholders. In coordination with the other team members.
- Set upping, planning, and animating the Scrum meetings and activities (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective, …)
- Encourage the team in its efforts to improve its work along the Scrum ceremonies
- Coach the overall team (business, T&I, Provider) to be autonomous
- Ensure Scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in the writing of the user stories, also called Epics, Features, Bugs and PBIs in MS Azure DevOps
- Assists the PO in ensuring that the Product Backlog is enough detailed so that there are no misunderstandings for developers including Acceptance Criteria, so that testers can test along those criteria before delivering to the ICRC business team for its testing
- Put in place & maintain the relevant KPIs
- Report working issues, constraints or delays immediately to the T&I PM
- Remove the blocker for the team.
