Implementation of standards rules and regulations on construction site. - Initiate, coordinate and manage all the safety related tasks within the project. - Arrange the safety related machinery and infrastructure and check the machinery periodically. - In case an accident occurs, finding the root cause behind the accident and ensuring that same incident is not repeated in future. - Ensure compliance with all applicable local legislation and codes governing environmental health and safety. - Verify the fire system elements in the work area and ensure that the methods and requirements are respected. - Site daily inspections - Identification of hazard process and control measurements. - Conduct toolbox talks to site employees. - Carrying out good housekeeping on site premises. - Implementation of waste management system on site. - Environmental and hygienic control - Ensure that proper training is given to new recruits and that they are equipped with all the safety tips to be followed in the project. - Ensure that all the documentation concerning the safety department is up-to-date.
