Supervised multiple undergraduate and 3 graduate students in their research, which led to the publication of 4 papers. In charge of 2 subjects: Food marketing and Game theory. Additional lectures provided in 3 other subjects. Conducts seminars for both undergraduate and graduate students. Conducting research on Consumer behaviour. Currently Conducting multiple studies, one on olive oil consumption behaviour in Japan, another on Genome edited products consumption in Japan and finally on strawberry consumption in Malaysia. the latter is being conducted with the private sector in order to find ways to increase the Japanese strawberry exports to Malaysia. Applying for grants to be obtain extra funding for my research. Obtained a grant in my first year to fund my research for 2 years. Attending international conferences and writing scientific papers. In charge of accounting for an alumni association of Kyushu University (Hakuyukai) and the Food, agricultural and Resource economics’ society of Japan
