 Control the coating/Painting activities including PFP, Painting, Insulation, Hot Dip galvanization:  review Contractors and sub-supplier’s insulation specifications, procedures and plans and follow up all insulation work at fabrication site  Approve the right execution of mechanical installation work in accordance with requirements of the Inspection and Test Plans:  Supervise the Installation/alignment of rotational equipments  Inspect internal/External parts of vessels/column/Fired Heater/Heat Exchangers.  Review test pack dossiers (material traceability, NDT, Welding register…) and confirm readiness for test (material validity, safety issues, test limit)  Witness piping tests and approve the final result  Perform ITR-A inspection and produce punch list before Mechanical completion  Prepare Mechanical completion dossiers for handover to client  Review and evaluate Contractor’s and Suppliers’ quality documents for accuracy and adequacy  Attend and contribute to kickoff, pre-inspection and alignment meetings as necessary  Monitor Sub-Contractor’s and Suppliers’ quality assurance and quality control activities  Review/approve MRBs  Issue non-conformance within scope of responsibility and insure follow up accordingly  Approve Subcontractor quality records as applicable

Integrity Engineer I was asked to analyse and conduct different engineering studies to prove the integrity of equipment subject to the investigation. This task requires a solid knowledge and combination of many standards. Quality Assurance /Quality Control Test Packs under construction need to be tested in accordance with Tunisian Regulation thus a documents review was conducted and hydrotests were witnessed. The main task was to control the quality of the construction and its compliance to related standards and STEG specification. Which includes: · Painting Inspector in Nawara Project GTP for ABB Spa: · Pressure Vessels / Piping approval design: When a pressure vessel is constructed outside Tunisia it shall be inspected in the mill and checked by an authorized inspector before entering Tunisia.
